Questions we are asked most
Yes. Every reference in the collection can be reserved for a private viewing at our Tashkent salon, usually within twenty-four hours. There is no obligation to buy, and no charge — we would far rather you sat with a watch than guessed from photographs.
Each piece is inspected by our certified watchmakers: case and movement serials are cross-checked against production records, the movement is opened and examined, and the watch is timed over multiple positions before it is listed. Anything that does not pass is not sold.
Every watch carries a 24-month international warranty covering the movement and any manufacturing defect. It does not cover water damage from a compromised gasket you were advised to replace, accidental damage, or normal wear to straps and finishes.
We deliver insured across Uzbekistan at no charge, typically within two to four business days. International delivery is arranged case by case — write to us with your destination and we will quote duties and timing before you commit.
Often, yes. Send photographs of the watch, its serials and any papers, and we will give you an honest indication of value within two business days. Firm offers follow a physical inspection.
